The campus is committed to the health, wellness, and success of all students and provides numerous resources to help students succeed.
Student Involvement
UCSB has over 500 student organizations for you to join. Students can also get involved in student government or on committees through Associated Students, which also runs campus resources like the KCSB radio station, the UCSB Bike Shop, and more.

Active Lifestyle
UCSB's Recreation Center offers pools, courts, weight rooms, cardio equipment, a hot tub, and much more. Students can also join sport clubs and intramural sports or take a trip with Adventure Programs. Health and wellness is also a large component of student life at UCSB. Students have access to relaxation stations, massages, Dog Therapy Day, free fruit in locations across campus, and much more.
Resource Centers
UCSB is committed to supporting every student. The Student Resource Building houses UCSB's five Cultural Resource Centers for African diasporic, Chicanx/Latinx, Asian, American Indian, and Middle Eastern students. The Resource Center for Sexual and Gender Diversity (RCSGD), Office of International Students and Scholars (OISS), and many more resources are also available in this space.

Transfer Student Center
After transferring to UCSB, the TSC can connect you to fellow transfers while providing mentorship, academic advising, programming, and connections to campus resources.
Educational Opportunity Program
EOP helps first-generation and income-eligible students by providing mentorship, academic programs, one-to-one counseling/advising, campus student support service referrals, and social/cultural programming.
Campus Learning Assistance Services
CLAS offers academic assistance to all students in the form of drop-in hours, group help, workshops, and academic skills consultations.
