It’s been a wild month, from a UCSB alum pitching in the World Series to faculty winning TWO more Nobel Prizes; Gaucho pride is riding high. Read more about our Nobel Prize winners and their research in Physics. Do you have physics students? I hope they added UCSB to their college list as we now boast of 5 Nobel Prize winners in Physics. UCSB’s 8 Nobel Laureates include 2 winners in Chemistry and 1 in Economics.
