Please enter and submit: either your UCSB Perm Number OR Application ID; the quarter for which you applied; your old password; your new password; and the security code as shown on the image.

- Password must be between 8 and 16 characters in length;
- Include at least one upper case character, one lower case character, and one numeric digit.
- Password must contain one or more special characters from the following list: , . _ ! @ ^ + = $ -
- Password should not be an obvious derivative of a dictionary word;
- Password should not contain any information easily associated with you (e.g. your UC Application ID, UCSB Perm Number, name, email address, etc.).
