Campus Tours and Presentations

The UCSB Visitor Center offers guided walking tours and admission presentations. Reservations are required. Campus visitors without reservations are welcome in the Visitor Center and will be invited to join activities as space allows. All available visit options are listed. If a date or time is not listed, it is unavailable.

Summer 2019 visits will be available for registration after March 25, 2019.

The Visitor Center hosts groups of 20 to 100 students for a UCSB information session and guided campus walking tour.

If you are scheduling a visit for a middle school or elementary group, please email to arrange your visit.


The Visitor Center is located on the ground floor of the Student Affairs Administrative Services Building (SAASB). Visitors should park in the Mesa parking structure (Lot 18). Parking permits should be purchased at the parking kiosk machines and permits must be displayed on the dashboard of your vehicle. Choose the "Campus Tours" option Monday through Friday for a discounted rate.

Visitor Center Hours

The Visitor Center is open Monday through Friday from 9am to 4pm (except on administrative closures and university holidays and 10am to 2pm on select Saturdays in April and May. Campus is always open for visitors to explore on their own.

Campus Pet Policy

Non-service animals, including pets and emotional support animals (ESAs), are not allowed in any campus buildings. This includes the presentation room of the Visitor Center.
